This is a great African Grants Gazelle skull taxidermy mount, featuring a professionally cleaned skull and beautiful horns that achieve a gross score of 60 7/8". All this combines with great craftsmanship to earn earn our Excellent Plus™ overall quality rating. All applicable measurements and dimensions are provided to help ensure this item will fit within your intended space, as well as meet expectations regarding the item's featured attribute sizes, scores, etc.

About the Grants Gazelle (Nanger granti)

The Grant's Gazelle is a large species of gazelle found typically in the eastern regions of Africa. Their coat consists of a creamy orange colored chest and back, white underbelly and a few dark markings on both the head and flank. The Male gazelle can weigh nearly 175 lbs (females 100 lbs) and grow horns that can reach 20 inches or more in length with a clearly visible 'ringed' growth pattern. Their diets consists mostly of vegetation and browse, including a substantial amount of grasses as well. Grants Gazelles have the unique ability to utilize the water found in the browse they eat to meet their hydration requirements, allowing them to go without water for an extended period of time.
