This is a nice African Thomson's Gazelle taxidermy horn plaque mount. This is a giant set of Thomson's Gazelle horns, exceeding the requirement for a SCI Gold Medal with a score of 38 2/8". This is a fantastic horn plaque, earning our Premier Plus™ overall quality rating. All applicable dimensions are included to help ensure this item will fit within your intended display space.

About theThomson's Gazelle (Eudorcas thomsonii)
The Thomson's Gazelle can be found in the Eastern regions of Africa. It is one of the most beautiful of all gazelles, with a very distinctive and handsome pattern. The hair coloration is sandy brown on top with a creamy underbelly and a black side 'stripe' running from the front shoulder to the hind flank. Males may grow to over 75 lbs with females growing to nearly 60 lbs. The horns of the Thomson's Gazelle resemble others of the specie, with a parallel pair of black 'ringed' horns curving slightly backward intitially, and forward near the tip.
