Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Often the total will be $0 - indicating that your order will ship for Free!
Q: Can I make an offer on one of your items? A: Yes, if you would like to make an offer please call us or send us an email with the item number, description and what you would be willing to offer. We may accept or give you a counter offer.
Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple items? A: Yes. Please contact us with the number & description of each item you are interested in. We will be happy to figure out a discounted package price that takes advantage of quantity as well as combined shipping and crating costs!
