About the Oribi (Ourebia ourebi)

The Oribi is the smallest "true grazer" among antelope species, traveling in herds and grazing together in communities, even though they're only around two feet tall. The Oribi can be found grazing the grasslands and floodplains of Africa, south of the Sahara. The Oribi are very territorial, and will often mark off entire regions for their community. They have a long neck and long, slender legs, as well as two small, pointed horns at the top of their head. Their coat is generally a silky yellow-brown, with a white underbelly.
