Description of Taxidermy For Sale

This is an excellent Otter Skull, which was professionally cleaned and whitened. While it does not feature the lower jaw, it is still a very neat item that would look displayed in a cabinet.  All of this combined has helped this skull earn our Premier overall quality rating. All applicable dimensions are included to help ensure this item will fit within your intended display space.

About the River Otter (Lontra canadensis)

The North American river otter can be found as far north as Canada and even Alaska, and prefers to make residence near or on a riverbank, where it has easy access to both land and water. The river otter is an excellent swimmer, using its sleek water-shedding brown fur, webbed feet, and its long body, the river otter can cruise upstream without much effort, often able to hold their breath for up to 8 minutes. The river otter prefers to dine on fish, though it will eat frogs and crayfish as well.

The Specifications of each item, including dimensions and unique characteristics, are recorded on each GSC Card. We include the Depth, Height, Width and Weight of every item when possible. We also include other features such as horn and antler length (when applicable) as well as any other key attributes and descriptions to better identify each items unique characteristics.
