About the Tibetan Gazelle (Procapra picticaudata)

The Tibetan gazelle (or the Goa) hails from the same place that it gets it's namesake, the mountainous regions of Tibet, and western Asia. This gazelle is smaller in stature than most other gazelle species, though it’s still slender and agile, with long, thin limbs. Their coloration changes with the season, tan in the winter and grey in the summer, with a short, black-dipped tail. They prefer to feed on vegetation and plant life high in the mountains, which their soft hooves and dew claws help assist with!.
