For sale is a great vintage South American Kinkajou life-size taxidermy mount. It is posed coming headfirst down a branch. It has beautiful hair and great overall taxidermy quality, earning our Vintage Plus™ overall quality rating. This item is quite rare to come across and is the first we have ever had in our store. All applicable measurements and dimensions are provided to help ensure this item will fit within your intended space, as well as meet expectations regarding the item's featured attribute sizes, scores, etc....
- Comes on a wood branch for display.
- There is a hanger already attached to the back of this item.
- It will hang on a single properly anchored drywall screw.
About the Kinkajou (Potos flavus)
The Kinkajou (aka the honey bear) is native to central and South America. They may grow to a weight of nearly 10 lbs with a length of approximately 2 feet. Kinkajous are nocturnal animals that prefer to move about at night, spend most of their days sleeping in trees, and avoiding sunlight. The Kinkajous's diet consists mainly of fruit, with some leaves, flowers, and insects mixed in.
