This is a phenomenal Grey Kangaroo life-size taxidermy mount for sale, posed standing on its hind legs. The hide and hair are in terrific shape. About the Grey Kangaroo (Macropus giganteus)
The Grey Kangaroo is a marsupial native to southeastern Australia, where it lives primarily within the trees or forested areas. This kangaroo is the second largest species of kangaroo in the world and can move at a speed of up to 35 mph and leap as far as 25 feet in a single hop. These animals feed primarily on young sprouts that are rich in nutrients such as protein. Male kangaroo’s reach a height of nearly 4.5 feet while females reach only over 3 feet in body length. The animals are a light grey furry color with a slightly darker face.
