This is an incredible Reticulated Python Snake taxidermy mount, posed slithering up a branch. This is mounted on a custom made base. This snake features REAL skin, with stunning color, incredible texture, and great attention to detail. It is truly a behemoth measuring over 13 feet in length! All of combined with the magnificent taxidermy craftsmanship helps this item earn our Premier™ overall quality rating. All applicable dimensions are included to help ensure this item will fit within your intended display space.

About the Reticulated Python (Python reticulatus)
The reticulated python is known as the world's largest snake and is native to the rainforest of southern Asia. This particular snake is an extremely efficient swimmer and can make its way out to nearby Pacific islands of southeast Asia. The snake itself can grow up to 22 feet and weigh as much as 150 lbs. These snakes can feed on larger prey, such as primates, pigs, but more commonly rats and small rodents with such a large size. This snake gets its name from the Latin name reticulatus meaning net-like, reflective of its color pattern.
